TIGERS PLAY THE WOLFPACK TONIGHT

Clemson will face NCSU tonight at 9:00 PM in Greensboro in the nightcap game of the first round of the ACC Championship. Clemson is seemingly a lock for the NCAA Tournament, with this year having what is being described as a “soft bubble.” Which doesn’t make a lot of sense to me, but whatever. A lot of people are insinuating that NCSU will be playing for Sidney Lowe as a loss here could be a tipping point for his job safety. I don’t doubt that they may be playing hard for ol coach, but I think NCSU holds off on him for at least another year or so.

Clemson should be playing with a little bit of fire after the absolutely lackluster effort versus Wake Forest last week. Trevor Booker was manhandled and should be out to exact revenge.

In other news, Dabo Swinney is ALL IN SOLID ORANGE CLEMSON DETERMINED SPIRIT SLOGAN SLOGAN SLOGAN for scrimmaging opponents in the spring. “Let’s go play Georgia,” Swinney told reporters at practice earlier this week. Hell yeah, let’s go play Georgia. State article is here.

Oh, and we’ll be doing some sort of big ass NCAA Tournament bracket pool pretty soon. What service (ESPN, CBS, Yahoo!, etc) would you guys like to use for the pool? Let us know in the comments. Thanks.

Don’t think this will be the year OP gets his first NCAA tourney win. We don’t have anyone that can make plays by themselves.
