It's ridiculous that BC has such a storied history in the Big East and are currently in the ACC, where they are simply an oddity. This is exemplified by the fact that Boston is over 500 miles its nearest ACC "rival" UVA. As for Swofford, he'll never let go of his current sugar-tit, it will have to be taken away from him. Wha'happened? The thing is, for better or worse, having a deep conference doesn't persuade anyone these days. But having a national championship contender = strong conference.
