Coach Oliver Purnell signed a contract extension through 2016 that will bump his yearly pay up to $1.35 million. Good for OP. Now let’s win an NCAA Tournament game.
Former Tiger Terrell McIntyre had a dalliance with the NBA after finishing up at Clemson, but soon found himself relegated to obscure European teams. Instead of getting down on himself, Terrell put his head down and grinded it out, and has multiple European titles and MVP awards to show for it. His next target: returning to the NBA.

Willy Mac and Chili are like milk and Oreos. Without the other, they just aren’t as good. That isn’t to say they aren’t good on their own. They just complement each other well. They are like the drunken Clemson equivalent of John and Paul. And we the readers are George, or something. Tigernet is Ringo. Tommy Bowden is Yoko Ono, and Dabo is Billy Preston. Fucking Yoko…..
