PROGNOSTICATION

I blatantly ripped this off a forum post by some Husker fan. Kudos to that man or woman. Also… Regis Philbin?

I’d like to go on record and say publicly that I am proud – DAMN PROUD – that we have the support and trust of Regis Philbin. He is one emphatic little man.

Sidebar, folks: If you know who Rock’ N’ Roll Teddy (of College Avenue Bar fame/sketchiness) is, he now has a website. Who knew this guy was a personal trainer? http://www.sunny-side-of-the-street.com
Bonus: The shirtless pics will scar your soul.

    Who the hell is that?

Also, “Are you tired of all that smelly nasty gas that just keeps coming non stop out of your behind? ”

    That made me lol.

I have definitely heard of rock-n-roll teddy…apparantly the man is a legend.

@2 is that the guy we used to call “Down Town Tony” who always hung out at the Bad Apple and lived with his mom or something, all rumor I figured but the guy was super sketchy.

  6. 6zombiejohnccalhounNo Gravatar on Dec 20, 2008 at 8:15 am:

@ 5, that’s the one. I’ve heared him called many things: Down Town Teddy, Down Town Tony, Rock N’ Roll Teddy, Rockstar Teddy, and Please Take Your Hand off of My Shoulder (that one comes from girls who were DDs that night).

At any rate, apologies to Chili and Willy Mac for derailing the comments. Next time, i’ll just email y’all. Now as for this post, I think those predictions illustrate what everyone’s thinking: no one has any idea how this game will probably go.

decisions, decisions to make on sunday night. what to watch live, what to watch monday morning while trying hard to ignore the internet and its habit of telling me the outcome of the game before I have watched it.

Panthers v Giants for 1st place or Clemson v Miami for 1st ACC game? ideas?

  8. 8ChiliNo Gravatar on Dec 20, 2008 at 10:24 am:

Picture in picture, Andrew. Or go to a sports bar and watch both. I can’t wait to see Clemson play Miami, but I also want the Panthers to cockslap the Giants and get home field advantage.

  9. 9CUvinnyNo Gravatar on Dec 20, 2008 at 2:15 pm:

Fuck, forgot that the Panthers game was a Sunday Night game and not Sunday afternoon.

  10. 10AndrewTheTerribleNo Gravatar on Dec 20, 2008 at 5:28 pm:

PIP sucks, hard to focus on one or the other. I’d just prefer watching a full screen. I might do the halftime channel flip, but I have family in town (that are NCState grads/fans) that could care less about Clemson; only my brother and I are Clemson grads. It’ll end up being the panthers and I’ll just watch the game monday or something. sucks that they are the same time.

I’ll be doing the commercial flip. havent decided what my primary will be, probably whichever game is less exciting

Large Hats are ironic. Get it, large hat, ironic, you know funny? Large Hat….

While I love my tigers, I am also a very big panther fan, so that will be on the tube with the bball game on gamecenter. Go Tigers, Go Panthers.

  13. 13ChiliNo Gravatar on Dec 20, 2008 at 7:01 pm:

I have an ironic t-shirt that says MY OTHER T-SHIRT IS A LARGE HAT.

  14. 14Willy MacNo Gravatar on Dec 20, 2008 at 7:32 pm:

The Panthers can get in a bus wreck on the way to the game for all I care. That’s what they deserve for dashing my hopes on the rocks time and time again.

  15. 15CUvinnyNo Gravatar on Dec 20, 2008 at 7:36 pm:

I’m going to go with the Clemson game while recording the Panthers game. BB games have way fewer commercials and I’ll be able to skip through the Panther’s game afterwords.

Hopefully they game doesn’t get spoiled for me…

  16. 16Chris SimpNo Gravatar on Dec 20, 2008 at 7:42 pm:

I just hope the Tigers can pull it out against Miami. Gonna be a tough game.
