I think Kyle didn’t knock on wood from his comment on the last post. This is just terrible.

Since he’s played in only two games he has a chance of getting a medical waiver, but we’re just past the halfway point of the season, and thats another part of the regulation on it. This really sucks.

He really helped us in the 2nd half versus GT. But he and the staff knew it was only a matter of time when it gave out. I mean scar tissue can’t really hold up for that long under those conditions. Personally, I think we should of let it be and performed surgery back when it first happened, because I don’t see big time NFL prospects knocking on the door for next year.

Block-C, thanks for X-ing out Bowdens picture on the banner!! Sucks about Humphries.
Bout what you’d expect for this season.

How did the moped get onto the practice fields?
A real downer… especially if this happened during the “open” practice to students. Can the Chicken Curse be transmitted by individuals (ie Mr Scott)?

We may be infected by a different curse, maybe the “Danny Ford Curse”

I feel for the guy, but he hasn’t really produced since being at Clemson from what I’ve seen. Then again Spence’s ridiculous two-point stance the past few years could have possibly subverted him from being productive. But he’s a junior I believe, so he’s got another year of eligibility. So it’s great he has one more shot.
Maybe next year, with proper coaching, he’ll reflect the comparable performance level of his top lineman recruit status when he signed on in 2005.

@8, we’ve covered the Curse of Danny Ford here, search the archives. Dabo would seemingly be a remedy for that. Another interim coach from Bama.

Anyone who attended the Maryland game- did you notice ALL of Maryland’s lineman were wearing a black “apparatus” on their knees? I’ve never seen anything like that on an entire squad before.
Maybe our hogs need bionic knees, too.

A lot of teams require all their o-lineman to brace up whether their knees are injured or not.
